CHICKEN SATAY

* 600 grams chicken breast.

* 1 medium piece ginger (cut into thin slices).

* Ta highlights Banbury Road 1/2 tbsp.

* 1 tablespoon salt.

* Coriander seeds, roasted 1/2 tsp.

* Cumin powder 1/2 tsp.

* Pepper powder 1/2 tsp.

* Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp.

* Curry powder 1/2 tsp.

* 7 cloves garlic, minced.

* 1 cup coconut milk.

* Vegetable oil 1 1/2 tbsp.

* 2 tablespoons sugar.
How to do step by step.

1. Cut chicken into long and thin (about 1 inch wide).

2. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Then add coconut milk and stir to combine.

3. The chicken into the marinade. And leave it for about 90 -120 minutes.

4. Be prepared grilled chicken skewers. Bring the water to warm the remaining marinade in a pot until boiling.
