CRISPY SHRIMP WITH GREEN MANGO SALAD

* 5-8 medium Shrimp .

* Bread crumbs 1/2 cup.

* 2 tablespoons red onions.

* 1 cup raw mango, chopped into strips.

* 2 tablespoons fish sauce.

* 2 tablespoons sugar.

* Road paprika 1/2 tsp.

* 1 tablespoon roasted peanuts (or cashews).

* Sliced ​​red pepper 1 tbsp.

* Coriander leaves for garnish.

* Oil for frying.

How to do step by step.

1. Make sauce by mixing the sugar, fish sauce, chillies, raw mango and red onions. Mix well until all ingredients together. Spoon the sauce in a bowl to serve.

2. Cleaned Shrimp peeled and roughly chopped off and then put into the bread crumbs. Chop the shrimp and more thoroughly.
