CURRY

There’s nothing here to rival anything on the menu in your favourite
Indian restaurant, but these Brit-friendly curry recipes are perfect if
you want to make something spicy and (almost) authentic that won’t
tie you up in knots even if you’re an absolute beginner, or take too long
to cook.
Although I sometimes use fresh chillies I tend to rely on ground
spices and dried herbs in my everyday cooking, so unless you’re really
serious about learning how to make classic Indian food, the following
ten ingredients are probably all you’ll ever need to make a pretty good
everyday curry.
Allspice
Chilli powder
Coriander
Cumin
Curry powder (medium)
Garam Masala
Garlic salt
Ginger
Mustard seeds
Turmeric
