FRIED FISH WITH MIXED HERB

Ingredient

* The 1 fish (snapper, tilapia, or any other fish).

* Minced 1 tablespoon paprika (increase / decrease according to taste).

* 3 tablespoons lemon juice.

* 2 tablespoons sugar.

* 4 tablespoons fish sauce.

* Chopped parsley 1/4 cup.

* Chopped coriander leaves 1/4 cup.

* Cool mint leaves 1/4 cup.

* 2 tablespoons minced lemongrass.

* 3 tablespoons red onions.

* Cut a lemon peel 1 tablespoon diced.

Other vegetables, cooked for fish (carrots, corn, etc.).

* Oil for frying.
How to do step by step.
