Hawaiian Pineapple Delight

Ingredient
1 can pineapple
1 pack gelatin or 50 gram
3 tablespoons water
3 eggs.
Sugar 1/2 cup
Coffee powder 2 tbsp
1 cup whipping cream

How do
1. A few pieces of pineapple on the face. Pour the syrup out. The remaining pineapple slices into small pieces.
2. Dissolve gelatin in 3 tablespoons water into a small cup placed on the 2 floor, setting fire to the pot of hot water. Stir to dissolve gelatin. The recovered heat and set aside.
3. The beaten egg and a little spongy. Then gradually add the sugar little by little. Continue beating until fluffy and the cream.
4. Fill up with fresh coffee. Then mix them together.
5. Beat whipping cream at medium speed until stiff peaks form.
6. Pour gelatin mixture into the egg. Mix well and set aside. Then pour in the cream. Mix gently. Until homogeneous.
7. Pour into a glass of cold water to soak for 3 hours or until set.
8. Decorated with pineapple and mint leaves before serving.
