JACK BURGERS
3 lb. ground beef
2 cans chopped green chilies, drained
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
1 tsp red pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 jar salsa
8 hamburger buns
Mix ingredients together except salsa. Shape into 8
patties and grill on hot coals until desired doneness.
Serve on buns. Top with salsa.
