Mango mousse


Ingredient
4 ripe mango pulp child.
Lemon juice 1/2 cup.
Pinch of salt.
1 tablespoon gelatin.
Whipping cream 1/2 cup.
2 egg whites.
Warm water 1/4 cup.

How to do it.

1. And spinning until the mango is ripe. Add lemon juice and stir up a little.

2. Beat 2 egg whites, salt and lemon juice. Together until fluffy. Whipped cream and beaten to the full.

3. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Then mixed with mango pulp and stir, then put whipped cream. And egg white, beaten until fluffy and add the mango. Gently fold to combine. Spoon into a glass and then put in the freezer for about an hour to get served.

Tips.

Add sugar and cream, served cold with a light vanilla. Milo, Nescafe or a drink that will cool as well. Or the child has been decorated with Milo cereal or cookies you like to get the children to try new things.
