Poultry Seasoning Mix
1 T salt
2 t black pepper,Freshly Ground
1 t msg (optional)
1 t paprika
1 t dry mustard
3 bay leaves,finely crumbled
1 and,Stems Removed
1 clove garlic,minced
Combine all of the ingredients and blend well. Store in an airtight
container. Rub on chicken or other poultry before grilling.
