Recipe: Salmon steak.

สเต็คแซลมอน

Ingredient

2 pieces of salmon, 400 g.
Butter, melted 1/3 cup.
Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp.
Dough
Pepper
Onion, chopped 2 Tbsp.
Paprika 1/2 tsp.
Stock water 1/2 cup.
Salt boiled vegetables such as carrots, green beans, peas, potatoes and tomatoes.

How to cook

Wash fish and dry them.
Combine butter, Worcestershire sauce, salt, paprika, chopped onion and stir paint on the fish into the oven to 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes to keep the paint mixed with water until yellow.
Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy, vegetables, cooked fresh vegetables.

Gravy, fried in butter with onions, salt, pepper, stock, water and flour to thicken the sauce on the fish.
