Ingredients :
60 gm Roquefort cheese
1/2 cup cream
1 tbl olive oil
1 tbl chives, chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
salt, pepper
Method :
• Mash the cheese with a fork and gradually add the cream
to form a smooth paste.
• Mix in the the olive oil, lemon juice, chives and salt and
pepper to taste.
