SOUP WITH CABBAGE AND MINCED PORK

* 350 grams pork.

* 1 medium head cabbage.

(Cut into pieces. It can be cut into quarter).

* 1 tablespoon onion.

* 1 teaspoon garlic.

* 1 teaspoon pepper.

* 1 teaspoon coriander root.

* In 4 tablespoons of soy sauce and white.

* 2 tablespoons fish sauce.

* Sugar 1/2 tsp.

* 8 cups broth.

(If using water, bouillon cube to the cube instead of 1-2).

* Coriander leaves for garnishing dishes.

How to do step by step.

1. Pounded garlic, pepper and coriander root until fine. Put the pork to the sauce (1 tablespoon) and mix all ingredients together and marinate it for 15-20 minutes.

2. The soup pot on medium heat. When soup is boiling, put the pork chops marinated in step 1 boil until almost cooked pork. Put the cabbage into the pot.

3. In soy sauce with the white pepper, fish sauce and sugar. Cook until pork is cooked and vegetables are better off.

4. Dip in a bowl, sprinkle with cilantro and onion. Serve immediately with steamed rice.
