SOUP WITH TOFU AND SEAWEED

SOUP WITH TOFU AND SEAWEED
* 150 grams pork.

* 30 grams of seaweed (available in black. For soup, shredded bite).

* White tofu, cut into pieces 200 g.

* 2 stalks spring onions (cut into pieces approximately 1 ").

* 1 from celery (cut into pieces approximately 1 ", and sprinkle the leaves 2-3 leaves).

* Tagฉeai 1/2 tsp.

* Sugar 1/4 tsp.

* 1 teaspoon fish sauce.

* In white soy sauce 1/2 tsp.

* Cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp.

* 1 tablespoon garlic (or sprinkle on before serving).

* 2 cups pork broth (or water optional).

How to do step by step.

1. The meat to marinate pork chops in soy sauce and white, sugar and fish sauce (1/2 tsp) and marinate it for at least 30 minutes.

2. Was marinated pork until then. Bring the broth to a boil in a pot-sized bone on medium heat. When the soup boils. Add pork chops to a boil. (Lap I put a round piece pieces) boil until the pork is almost cooked.

4. Spoon soup bowl. Garnish with celery leaves and garlic. Serve immediately with steamed rice.
