STIR FRIED CHICKEN WITH LEMONGRASS

STIR FRIED CHICKEN WITH LEMONGRASS

* Chicken, cut into pieces 300 g.

* Ricochet pepper, cut into 2 seeds.

* 8-10 paprika seed (increase / decrease according to taste).

* 3 shallots head.

* 1 head of garlic.

* Lemon Lane 1/2 cup.

* Kaffir lime leaves 1/2 cup.

* 1 tablespoon oyster sauce.

* 2 tablespoons fish sauce.

* 1 tablespoon sugar.

* Coriander leaves for garnishing dishes.

* Vegetable oil.

How to do step by step.

1. The garlic, shallots, lemon grass, Lane (1/3 cup), paprika, and kaffir lime leaves (1/3 cup) to the pound until fine.

2. The oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Add the pounded spices in step one and stir until fragrant. I was put แnag chicken and stir until almost cooked.

3. Season with fish sauce, oyster sauce and sugar, heat up the catalyst. Stir until all ingredients are well over the fire.

4. Plate sprinkled with kaffir lime leaves, lemon grass and chili, soi that. Garnish with coriander and a little bit. Serve immediately with steamed rice. A good hors d'oeuvres.
