STIR FRIED GREEN MUSSELS WITH ROASTED CHILI PASTE

* 450 g mussel (Cleaning).

* 1 teaspoon sugar.

* 3 tablespoons vegetable oil.

* Basil leaves 1/2 cup.

* 2 tablespoons chili paste.

* Cayenne pepper, cut into 4 lengthwise grain.

* 2 teaspoons minced garlic.

* 1 tablespoon fish sauce.

How to to do step by step.

1. Boiling water in a saucepan until boiling. The insects were then boiled down to learning to cook. Remove the drain.

2. Heat oil in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add garlic and stir until fragrant and golden.

3. The mussels are boiled and then stir it all. The seasoned with fish sauce, sugar, pepper and chili paste.

4. Add basil and stir for about 10 seconds to turn off the lights and plate. Serve immediately with steamed rice.
