Ingredients :
1 lb String beans
1/2 cup Sauce Poulette * see note
Method :
• Remove stems and tips from beans. Wash and place in a saucepan. Cook in salted boiling water for 15
minutes, or until beans are tender. Drain thoroughly. Add "Sauce Poulette." Mix well. Serve hot.
