Thai green peanut paste

* 450 grams of green beans, trimmed of rind.

* 200 g sugar (mixed nuts).

* 3 cups granulated sugar (for syrup).

* 400 grams of coconut milk.

* 3 cups water (for syrup).

* 5 eggs, duck eggs (yolks only).

How to make Thai desserts, step by step.
