THAI HOT SOUP WITH BEEF
* The beef tendon was cut into pieces 1 cup.

* Paprika, 10 to 15 grains (increase / decrease according to taste).

* 2 stalks lemongrass (smashed and cut into pieces).

* Galangal 6 glasses.

* 6 kaffir lime leaves.

* Parsley, coarsely chopped 3 above.

* 3 tablespoons fish sauce.

* 3 tablespoons lemon juice.

* 3 tablespoons rice (pounded fine).

* 3 cups broth.

How to do step by step.

1. The soup pot on medium heat. When water is boiling, add lemon grass, galangal and kaffir lime leaves (torn down to put in the soup), wait until the soup boils again, then lower the heat down.

2. To beef up. Simmer over low heat until the meat is cooked and tender. (It takes at least 15 minutes).

3. On simmer until meat is tender and the broth was flavored with lime juice, fish sauce and pepper, then add celery and rice down. Boil until the broth begins to boil again, turn off the lights.

4. Dip bowl and serve immediately with hot cooked rice. (Or rice) or served as hors d'oeuvres from.
