THAI SHRIMP CAKES

น้ำจิ้มบ๊วยหวาน
ทอดมันกุ้ง

* 250 grams of medium shrimp.

(Washed and peeled).

* 50 grams of pork.

* 2 teaspoons sugar.

* 3 tablespoons fish sauce.

* 2 teaspoon pepper.

* 3 cups oil for deep frying.

* Sweet plum sauce.

How to to do step by step.

1. Put all ingredients into blender purpose. The more homogeneous.
