THAI SHRIMP SPICY SALAD

พล่ากุ้ง

* 400 grams of medium shrimp (peeled and cleaned).

* 2 stalks lemon grass alley.

* 1 large onion, cut into balls.

* 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves.

2. to do sauce by mixing lemon juice, fish sauce, chili paste and sugar together in medium bowl. Stir until all ingredients well.

3. In a large bowl, add shrimp sauce (made in step two), onion, lemon grass, chilli, onion, coriander, kaffir lime leaves and mint leaves. Stir until all ingredients well.

4. Serving plate. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately with steamed rice. Or are you living from the hors d'oeuvres.
