THAI SPICY AND SOUR SEAFOOD SOUP

* 100 g mussels (cleaned).

* 100 g crab (cleaned and cut into pieces).

* 80 grams of fish fillet, cut into pieces.

* 80 grams of squid (cut into pieces).

* 80 g prawns (shelled and cleaned).

* Mushrooms, cut into pieces 1/4 cup.

* Galangal, cut into pieces 2 tbsp.

* 2 tablespoons fish sauce.

* 3 tablespoons lemon juice.

* I got crushed pepper seeds 5-10 (depending on your spicy).

* 2 stalks lemongrass (cut into pieces about 2 inches long and rods).

* 3 kaffir lime leaves (torn into pieces).

* Basil leaves 1/2 cup.

* 2 cups water (or vegetable broth).

* Coriander leaves (for garnishing).

How to do step by step.

1. The water (or vegetable broth) in a saucepan until boiling, add lemon grass, galangal and kaffir lime leaves to a boil for about 5 minutes.

2. Add mussels, crab meat, fish, squid, shrimp and mushrooms into the pot. Boil about 4 minutes longer or until meat is cooked put into.

3. Add basil and season with fish sauce, lemon juice and pepper to taste and then drew on a bowl. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately with steamed rice.
