Ingredients :
1 x Egg mixture (as in Basic
French Omelet) * see note
1/8 cup Canned tuna fish cut in small
pieces
1 tbl Vegetable oil
Method :
• Add tuna fish to egg mixture. In omelet skillet, heat oil
until it is hot. Make omelet as in "Basic French Omelet."
• Comments: In this recipe the omelet is usually made with
oil instead of butter.
• Suggested Wine: A chilled dry white wine: Alsatian
Riesling; etc.
