Water Chestnut with Syrub and Coconut Milk

* 800 grams of water chestnuts.

* Coconut milk 2 1/2 cup.

* 2 teaspoons salt.

* 2 cups sugar.

* 1 cup water.

* Red syrup 1 1/2 cup.

* 500 grams of flour.

How to do step by step.
