Crostini with cucumber
2 medium cucumbers
200 g of natural yoghurt
100 g of cream
2 cloves of garlic
few grains of black pepper
Peel and grate the cucumber.
Crush the garlic and add to the cucumber puree.
salt and add the yogurt, cream and mint leaves in
strips and pepper.
Keep in refrigerator for an hour.
