ingredients
4 fennel
1 onion
4 tablespoons olive oil
25 g of butter
4 anchovy fillets in oil
20 g of capers
50 g pitted black olives
1 red chilli
Salt q.b.
Pepe q.b.
preparation:
Wash and clean the fennel and onion, finely sliced both. Put the vegetables in a pan, add olive oil and butter, season with salt and pepper, add the chopped anchovies and hot pepper and let simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Add the capers and olives, pitted and cut into small pieces, cook for 10 minutes, adding if necessary a bit 'of water. Serve.
