PASTRY CREAM
ingredients:
500 ml whole milk
150 g sugar
100 g egg yolks
50 g of corn starch
procedure:
Heat the milk with half the sugar, meanwhile whisk egg yolks, remaining sugar, the vanilla if you want to add starch. Add half the milk and stir. Just back to the boil on the stove pour the remaining milk mixture and stir until thickened. Pour into a bowl and cover with plastic contact.
