Cajeta Crepes

Ingredient
1. Half & Half to 4 cups.
2. Brown sugar 1 cup.
3. Salt 1/4 Specialist level.
4. Vanilla 1 Track Lighting Specialist level.
5. Baking soda 1/2 Specialist level.
6. Water 1 Cht. (The water with baking soda).
7. Rum or 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.

How do
1. The Half & Half, sugar, salt and vanilla in a large pot. Set over medium heat. People until the sugar dissolves, about 7-8 minutes.
2. Enough hot milk to me. Bring water to dissolve the baking soda.
Pour the milk into the pot (a pot full of milk will rise to it. I think the milk is not acid.
I use baking soda to reduce acidity) and shake the mixture in the pot a little.
The effervescent mixture is dropped.
3. We would leave the mixture to a boil. For a time. This sauce takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to an hour and a half. The color of the sauce is a creamy color will darken until it is brown. When the sauce is simmering. The pot is clean and I attached. Do not cut a break. This sauce is not smooth. I continue to simmer. Keep a distance.
