Cream of Mushroom Soup

Garnish.
Fresh mushrooms 1/2 lb 227 g.
1 tablespoon butter.
The head chopped 1 tbsp.
2 tablespoons flour.
1 cup chicken stock.
Milk 1 1/2 cup.
A little salt and pepper.
A little chopped parsley Bay.

How do
1. The mushrooms clean. Then it is chopped fine.
2. Melt the butter in a pot. Add chopped onion and mushrooms and stir the onion softens, about 5 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked.
3. Add flour and stir quickly to combine, then add stock and stir well over heat, cover and simmer about 5 minutes, then lift up.
4. Broth was put into the mixer (Food Processor) or blender (Blender) soup mix thoroughly.
5. Pour the mixture is then blended back into the pot. Raise the heat. Jersey milk and parsley and stir over heat until the soup. Taste, then season with salt and pepper. Serve hot to taste like.
