DEEP FRIED PORK LEG

DEEP FRIED PORK LEG

* 1 kg of pork of 1 leg (if you use the front legs).

* 3 cinnamon sticks.

* 4 star anise flowers.

4 pound celery root rough root.

* 8-10 cloves garlic small.

* Pepper seeds 1/2 tsp.

* In soy sauce 3 tablespoons white.

* Season to taste 3 tablespoons of sauce.

Fresh vegetables (cabbage, tomatoes, etc.).

* Oil for frying.
How to do step by step.
