FRIED SHRIMP WITH TAMARIND SAUCE

กุ้งสด
กุ้งราดซ๊อสมะขาม

* 500 and love the shrimp (peeled and cleaned).

* 3 tablespoons tapioca.

* 2 tablespoons onion, check the GPS unit.

* 1 tablespoon garlic.

* 3 tablespoons fish sauce.

* 1 tablespoon sugar.

* Pepper Road 1/2 tsp.

* Tamarind water 1/4 cup.

* 1 teaspoon vinegar.

* 3 cups oil for deep frying.

* Coriander leaves (for garnishing food).

* Fresh vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, etc.).

How to to do step by step.

1. To clean the shrimp. Peel and then mix in the flour to the surface all the shrimp.

2. Heat oil in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. I put the shrimp into hot oil to fry until golden crisp. Remove and drain on a plate to serve it.

3. To pour water in tamarind sauce: Bring the pan back on slowly. Then add tamarind juice, vinegar, fish sauce and sugar until well mixed. Then add peppers, onion, leeks and garlic. Then stir to combine.

4. Bring the water to pour on the sauce of tamarind, fried shrimp prepared. Up with coriander. And serve immediately with steamed rice and fresh vegetables.
