Kanom Tong Muan
* 850 grams of wheat flour.

* 600 grams of sugar.

* 5 eggs, duck eggs.

* 1 kg grated coconut.

* Fragrant Flour mix 1/2 tsp.

* Sesame.

How to make Thai desserts, step by step.

1. The coconut to make coconut juice. Then be set on medium heat. Simmer until the coconut milk it.

2. Mix flour with sugar. Then put the coconut milk mixture from step one. Stir until flour is dissolved.

3. Break the eggs into the eggs until blended, add flour and sesame oil. Stir until mixed throughout it all.

4. Oil on flat pan. Wait until the temperature drops into the prepared crust. I cooked it back to yellow on both sides. While the pastry is still hot. Fold the roll as needed. Is taken out of the oven.

5. Served out immediately. The containers are sealed to eat later.
