Raspberry cupcake with pink buttercream

Cup cake mix.
1. All-purpose flour 2 1/2 cup.
2. Cake flour (non self-rising) 2 tsp.
3. Baking powder 2 1/4 tsp.
4. Salt 1 1/4 tsp.
5. Milk 1 1/4 cup.
6. Vanilla 1 tbsp.
7. 2 sticks unsalted butter with 2 tablespoons Otia.
8. Sugar 2 1/4 cup.
