SPICY SHRIMP PATE AND FRIED MACKERAL FISH

ปลาทูทอด + ไข่เจียวชะอม
น้ำพริกกะปิ + ผักสด

* 2 of the fish.

* 1 tablespoon shrimp paste.

* 2 tablespoons dried shrimp.

* 3 shallots, peeled .

* Garlic, peeled 3 pieces.

* Pepper 10 to 15 pellets (increase / decrease as needed).

* 1 tablespoon fish sauce.

* 2 tablespoons lemon juice.

* Sugar 1/2 tsp.

Vegetables, fresh or steamed vegetables (cabbage, cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, beans, etc.).

* Acacia pennata 1 bundle (the omelet Acacia pennata, is optional).

How to do step by step.
