STIR FRIED PUMPKIN WITH PORK

* Pork, cut into pieces 300 g.

* 400 g pumpkin, cut into thin slices.

* 2 tablespoons minced garlic.

* 6 tablespoons pork bone broth (or water).

* 2 tablespoons fish sauce.

* 2 tablespoons oyster sauce.

* Sugar 1/2 tsp.

* 2 eggs.

* Vegetable oil for stir-fry.

How to do step by step.

1. Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat and add the garlic, pumpkin and broth. (Or water) to leave it until the pumpkin is soft. (Do not leave it too long, because I've time to cook).

2. Add pork and stir until almost cooked. Season with the oyster sauce, fish sauce and sugar.

3. Of the egg to break. Turner is doing to break the yolk. Leave it for a while, until eggs are almost cooked. Stir to mix everything together.

4. Plate serve immediately with steamed rice.

(for 2 people).
