STUFFED CHICKEN WINGS

* 8-10 pieces of chicken wings.

* 200 grams pork.

* 200 grams of medium Shrimp.

(Washed, peeled and finely chopped).

Celery root is 5.

* 3 tablespoons chopped garlic.

* In soy sauce 2 tablespoons white.

* Sugar 1/2 tsp.

* Oil for frying.

* Chicken sauce (or tomato sauce, stock, chili sauce, plum sauce or the like).

Fresh vegetables for the fried chicken wings (cucumber, tomato, etc.).

How to do step by step.

1. The root, coriander, pepper and garlic and pound to combine. Then the marinated pork and chopped shrimp. Add in soy sauce and sugar to white. Mix well and set aside. Marinate it for at least 30 minutes.
