Tamale Pie

Tamale Pie
1/2 cup Olives, sliced
2 cups Frozen corn, thawed
1/2 tsp. Onion powder
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 tsp. Mexican Oregano
1 tsp. Paprika
2 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup Green peppers, chopped
2 cups Yellow corn meal
4 cups Stewed tomatoes, slightly blended
Cook cornmeal in blended tomatoes for about 10 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Put into a Pamsprayed
casserole dish, cover, and bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
Remove cover and continue to bake another 15 minutes.
Serving Suggestions:
• with Refried Beans
• sliced avocados makes a nice side dish
• serve with a fresh green or vegetable salad
