THAI BBQ CHICKEN

ไก่ย่าง
ไก่ย่าง + น้ำจิ้ม

* 500 g chicken thigh meat (leg or wing section is optional).

* 4 cloves garlic, minced.

* 1 teaspoon black pepper.

* Francisco rice 1 tablespoon soy sauce.

* 1 tablespoon honey.

* 2 tablespoons oyster sauce and stock.

* 1 teaspoon salt.

* Coconut milk (or milk) 1/2 cup.

* 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper.

* Coriander leaves for garnishing dishes.

How to do step by step.

1. Mix all ingredients with the chicken. Leave it in the refrigerator and marinate for at least 2 hours (if you have time to marinate for 6 hours to leave the taste of chicken marinated in better).

2. After fermentation is complete. The chicken grilled on charcoal. (Medium heat) for about half an hour, or until chicken is cooked, grilled and roast a whole chicken broth that is applied to the skin is too dry. And the chicken. Well done to all. (Chicken and prevent burning).

3. When the chicken is cooked well. Removed, cut into chunks and arrange on a plate and garnish with coriander. Serve chicken with sauce. (Or a pepper sauce or the like) and steamed rice. Or as a snack or appetizer.
