THAI GINGER CHICKEN
* Chicken, cut into pieces 400 g.
* 1 tablespoon chopped garlic.
* 1 cup sliced mushrooms.
* Southern Red chillies, chopped 1/2 cup.
* Ginger, cut into strips 3 tbsp.
* 2 tablespoons fish sauce.
* Francisco rice 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
* 2 tablespoons oyster sauce and stock.
* 1 teaspoon sugar.
* Onion, sliced 1/4 cup.
* Onion, sliced 2 stalks.
* Coriander leaves for garnishing dishes.
* Vegetable oil.
How to do step by step.
1. Heat oil in a pan. And bring to boil. Add garlic and stir the onion until golden.
2. Add chicken and stir until almost cooked. The Season with fish sauce, soy sauce in a white sauce and oyster sauce. Stir until mixture begins to boil in a saucepan.
3. Put all the remaining ingredients. Then stir-fry until chicken is cooked.
4. Plate and garnish with coriander. Serve immediately with steamed rice.
(for 2 persons).
