THAI GRILLED SQUID

น้ำจิ้มซีฟู๊ด
ปลาหมึกย่าง

* 500 grams of fresh squid.

* 2 tablespoons butter (for marinated octopus).

* 2 tablespoons lemon juice (for marinated octopus).

* Fresh vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, etc.).

* Coriander leaves (for garnishing food).



Mixed seafood sauce:.

* 2 tablespoons minced garlic.

* Hot pepper, cut into the 10 to 15 grains.

* 2 tablespoons sugar.

* 3 tablespoons lemon juice.

Salt 1/2 tsp.
How to do step by step.

1. Squid washed in clean water, scoop out core, leaving the eyes and black ink. Clear and clean water. To be drained dry. Marinated squid with butter and lemon juice for about 30 minutes.

2. The fermented squid. The seafood sauce. By the ingredients of the sauce all mixed together. Stir until well prepared sauce and dip bowl.
3. When fermentation is complete. The grilled squid on a stove on medium heat. Use the materials at the port of squid meat is not to be too dry.
