THAI RED BBQ PORK WITH RICE

* 800 grams pork.

(Cut into strips 8 inches long, about 1.5 inches thick).

* Chinese cooking wine 2 tbsp.

* 2 tablespoons sesame oil.

* 1 tablespoon sugar.

Salt 1/2 tbsp.

* In black soy sauce 1 1/2 tbsp.

* In soy sauce 2 tablespoons white.

* 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce.

* 2 boiled eggs (peeled and cut into pieces).

* Tapioca flour 1/4 cup (prepared with water soluble).

* Coriander leaves (for garnishing).

* Fresh vegetables (cucumber slices, onion, etc.).

How to do step by step.

1. Wash pork thoroughly, then allow to drain dry. Pork marinated with Chinese wine, sesame oil, sugar, salt, soy sauce in black, in white soy sauce, and tomato sauce. Stir until all ingredients together well and leave it marinate for 2-3 hours.

2. Put oil into the pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. The marinated pork (and broth) to pan the time it was about 5 - 10 minutes.
