Stuffed tofu in brown sauce.


Ingredient
500 g of hard Tofu sheets.
300 g asparagus.
Carrots, 300 g.
300 g green pepper.
300 grams of mushrooms.
300 g of yam.
20 g of oil.
300 g of lettuce.
Salt and white pepper.
Soya sauce.

Sauce mixture.
50 g of oyster sauce.
50 g of soy sauce.
10 g of powder to taste.
Onion, 20 g.
Chinese liquor, 50 g.

How do

1. The oil pan is hot, add onion, carrots, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, bell pepper, yam.
2. Season with salt, pepper and soya sauce and stir to combine and set aside.
