1 sesame-seed hamburger bun
1/4 lb beef,Ground
1 ds salt
3 dill pickle chips (or)
-Slices
1 t catsup
4 onion rings
2 tomato,Slices
1/4 c lettuce,Chopped
1 T mayonaise
1) Preheat barbecue grill--hot fire
2) Toast both halves of the bun,face down, in hot skillet. Set aside.
3) Form beef into thin patty (use hamburger press, or bottoms of 2 butter plates)
slightly larger than bun.
4) Lightly salt patty and cook on grill for 2 to 3 min. per side.
5) Build burger in following stacking order from bottom up: bottom bun-pattypickles-
catsup-onion rings-tomatoes-lettuce-mayo-top bun.
Yield: 1 hamburger
