1 1/2 cups Soy milk
3/4 tsp. Salt
3/4 tsp. Onion powder
1 1/2 cups Canola oil
3 Tbs. Lemon juice
Blend first three ingredients on high for 5-10 seconds.
Slowly dribble in oil, blending for an additional full minute
after all oil has been added. Stop blender and stir in lemon
juice. Put into covered container and chill.
