Steamed Shrimp spring rolls, fresh vegetables.

Ingredients (for 4).
Through the peeled boiled shrimp 200 grams.
Cabbage, coarsely chopped 50 g.
50 grams of bean sprouts.
50 g carrot, cut into thin sticks.
50 g cucumber, cut into thin sticks.
The spring rolls, dry 8 sheets.
Sauces, condiments / sauces, fresh spring rolls.
Maggie cooking sauce 2 tbsp.
1 tablespoon sugar.
2 tablespoons tamarind juice.
Sheep red pepper 1 tablespoon of the seeds pounded.
Water 1/4 cup.
How to do it.

1. The shrimp are split roughly half lengthwise and set aside.

2. To the frozen water is soft, dry spring rolls. Then place the vegetables and shrimp.

3. Then roll tightly closed, head - tail firmly wrapped beautifully. Then cut to the size.

4. Cooked spring rolls with dipping sauce ingredients and heat. Simmer with low heat until thick. Served with a fresh spring rolls.
