Stir crisp ginger

Ingredients:.
Chicken, cut into rectangular pieces 1/2 cup.
Cut the cooked pork, cut into rectangular pieces roughly 1/4 cup.
Crispy flour 1/2 cup.
Lane ginger 1/2 cup.
Lemongrass thin chopped 1/4 cup.
5-6 kaffir lime leaves, torn.
Basil leaves 1/4 cup.
5-6 dried chillies and terms.
Fry cashew nuts 1/2 cup.
3/4-1 cup oil for frying.
Sugar 1/2 cup.
Vegetable oil 1 1/2 tbsp.
Fish sauce 1 1/2 tbsp.
Salt.
Cayenne pepper.


Method:.
1. The chicken liver, pork, mix flour, salt, pepper and crushed chips. To give a yellow oil.
2. The ginger, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, fried until crisp but not dried chilli.
3. The wok, add oil, onion, palm sugar and stir until light brown.
4. Add fish sauce and stir well.
5. The mixture into the prepared pan and stir-fry 1 and 2. Add cashew nuts and mix thoroughly and serve.
