Chicken wrapped in pandan leaves.

Ingredient.

Garlic, coriander root.
Oyster sauce.
Sauce, chili sauce, japanese.
Sesame oil and cornstarch.
Fresh milk, sour sauce.
I salt.
Black soy oil for frying.
Pandan chicken.


Sauce mixture.

Sugar syrup, fresh ginger, sour sauce.
Roasted sesame seeds, soy sauce, fish sauce, cayenne pepper, japanese.

How do

1. Pound coriander root, garlic and pepper thoroughly.
2. Clean chicken. Cut 1-1/2 inch square.
3. Mix ingredients together with oyster sauce.
japanese soy sauce, sesame oil, chili sauce and cornstarch.
Sour sauce and fresh milk.
Black liquor, salt, soy sauce marinade with the chicken. Set aside for a moment.
4. The chicken wrapped with pandan chicken is wrapped around the mid. The rice is cooked.
5. Warm to hot oil. The chicken is steamed, then fried golden.

How to make a sauce.

A. Mix all ingredients together.
Two. Roasted sesame seeds until golden, put into the sauce.
