6 T cornstarch
3/4 t garlic powder
2 1/4 t beef bouillon,Instant
3/4 t onion powder
6 T wine vinegar
6 T water
1 1/2 t fresh ginger root,grated
3/4 c soy sauce,or tamari
3/4 c dark corn syrup
2 2/3 c water
Combine cornstarch, garlic powder, bouillon granules and onion powder.
Combine with rest of ingredients in blender until mixed.
Pour into a 5-cup container with a tight fitting lid. Label with date
Makes about 5 cups Homemade Oriental Stir Fry Mix.
