Mango pudding.

Ingredient
Fresh milk UHT 500 g.
500 g of whipped cream.
Sugar (a) 150 g.
25 g of gelatin powder.
20 g of hot water.
Yellow eggs food color 1/8 g.
Ripe mango (b) 300 g.
Sugar (c) 40 g.
Ripe mango (d) 200 g, cut into small squares.

How do
1. Dissolve gelatin in hot water and set aside.
2. Mixed sugar (c) cooked with mango pulp (b) to the ground. Bring to boil enough water for them.
3. Mix milk, sugar, whipped cream (a) containers to heat, light. Mix until the sugar dissolves well.
4. Add gelatin mixture, stirring until boiling. Mixture, mango (d) to mix them together. Add food coloring. Spoon the pudding into a cold frame roof type to hold the shape well and serve.
