Most common Illness
of the 90’s
Linked to Milk
Neck and back pain,
carpal tunnel syndrome, and
headaches may be attributed
to casein found in milk and
its products, according to Dr.
Daniel Twogood author of
“No Milk.” Neck and spine
stiffness which radiates
throughout the shoulders can
also be attributed to casein allergy,
according to Twogood.
Upper neck and back pain
which occurs on one side
only are common to those
with casein allergy. Dr.
Twogood says the most common
cause of leg cramping,
joint pain, and lower back
pain is casein. Fatigue, sensitivity
to light, dizziness,
varicose veins, and depression
are common symptoms
of allergy to milk.
