Chocolate & pear crumble
4 pears, cored and sliced
25ml/1fl oz apple juice
100g/4oz plain flour
15g/1⁄2oz cocoa powder
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
• Preheat the oven to 190°C/

• Peel, core and slice the pears, and
