Fried oysters with garlic and pepper

Ingredient

7-10 The large oysters.
Pepper 2 tbsp.
1 tablespoon garlic.
4 tablespoons fish sauce.
Sugar 1/2 tablespoons (or as it is delicious).
Oil for frying.

The way it started with the oysters to a large wash. The plates were then drained. Pound the garlic. And pepper until fine. Mix sauce with sugar, then arrange them together. Stir until the sugar dissolves. The oysters were mixed together and then leave it for about 30 minutes.

When it was put to fry in hot oil over medium heat. I then scoop out the yellow. Put the tomatoes on a plate decorated with lettuce leaves. That looks yummy. The ceremony will serve as hors d'oeuvres or side dish is equally delicious. It is the coolest part is that it is hot.
